Smoking policy a nonsense. It creates a problem for non smokers.

Young people and old people should not be put on the ward together. Should have warm breakfast on the ward everyday.

Great service and even better staff
What’s clear though is that staff are overstretched, weary and there’s simply not enough of them - I’m fairly sure this is not down to poor management locally but more trying to maximise what capacity you have despite national and local government policy and funding.
This is why I would definitely recommend Clover but can only give mostly two stars for the experience - at least you’ve got 2s so it’s not all bad!! Still 40% so a PASS in my BOOK
